Our magnesium alloy manufacturing division features an industry-leading integrated die-casting production line. Equipped with a fleet of die-casting machines ranging from 300T to 1250T, we achieve seamless one-piece frame molding for various bicycle models. Twelve advanced CNC machining centers ensure exceptional precision, producing magnesium alloy frames that are lighter, stronger, and engineered to perfectly balance lightweight performance with structural strength.


For aluminum alloy bicycles, SKYS has established a complete manufacturing chain, from raw material processing to finished bicycle assembly. Specialized T4 solution furnaces and T6 aging furnaces precisely optimize the internal structure of the material, significantly improving frame durability and fatigue resistance. Combined with high-precision laser cutting and robotic welding technologies, every frame is manufactured with consistent weld quality, excellent corrosion resistance, and outstanding structural reliability that meets international quality standards.


Our carbon steel frame workshop utilizes a fully automated production system covering tube cutting, stamping, robotic welding, and intelligent assembly. This advanced manufacturing capability enables efficient production of both standard and complex irregular-shaped frames while ensuring outstanding precision and consistency.
